24 Hour Service

Our dedication to your business is dictated by an on-site response time of 3 hours in the event of a full power failure to your location or the initial trouble call is free. At Afri-Concur Generators, we know your business is critical and we want to prove our services to you.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, contact our management immediately and we will work to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

* Free trouble call requirements:

• Must be a business/commercial customer with an active account and maintenance agreement.
• Trouble call coverage is for the first 3 hours on-site from technician time of arrival.
• Coverage is for labor only and does not cover any parts or materials.
• Coverage does not cover delays due to extreme circumstances (i.e. acts of god).

Maintenance Services

Diesel generator sets – used for either prime or backup (emergency) power – must be regularly maintained to ensure they provide quality power throughout their service life.

* With a service level agreement the normal service times are a routine service every three months and a major service once a year. To see what’s included in our service agreement click here.

Generator Inspection & Service

Routine maintenance is a must to keep your equipment up and running, and make sure you have power when you need it.

• Generator 100 point Inspection
• Generator Service (recommended annually)

Transfer Switch Testing & Maintenance

We provide a complete lineup of transfer switch service and maintenance. Panel services are done on a annual basis by qualified personnel.

• 30 Minute and Four Hour Transfer Tests
• Transfer Switch Maintenance

Load Bank Testing

Perform a load bank test in accordance with NFPA 110 and manufacturer’s recommendations. Total duration of procedure is dependent on testing time and required set up and tear down time plus performing the actual test itself. Typically a 2 hour test takes about 4 hours to complete, start to finish.

• 2 hour load bank tests (meets NFPA 110 annual testing requirements).
• 4 hour load bank tests (meets NFPA 110 36 month testing requirements).
• 12 hour load bank tests (meets most acceptance testing requirements).

In addition to the services listed above, we also offer the following services for a more robust preventive maintenance program or to assist in any troubleshooting or diagnostic to help troubleshoot issues with your equipment or to ensure proper operation.

Control Panel Services & More

• For times when customers require a certain type of more advanced generator control panel than a genset may have on it (for remote monitoring, load sharing, peak shaving, etc.) we can remove the old one and replace with whatever is required. We work with all the major name brands from Caterpillar EMCP panels to Cummins Power Command series just to name a few.

• We also offer exhaust extensions also built to specification.

• Engine ECU Diagnostics and Repair.

Diesel Deliveries

We are proud to announce that we have now extended our services with Diesel Delivery Service. We deliver 50PPM Sasol diesel and we deliver from 100 Litres to 10 000 Litres for generators per delivery.

FREE diesel delivery! We do not charge a delivery fee, only pay per litre of diesel that you take.

What makes our service extra ordinary is that when diesel is delivered, we include in our service a 5 point check on the generator, this check consist of:

• Water level
• Battery condition
• Alarms on generator controller
• Oil level
• Start generator to check air locks
